As much as I enjoyed instanced events for events in the past... This was utter rubbish.

With so many people on screen causing latency issues that resulted in me being hit by endless waves of aoe decease, despite beingness nowhere most them - spending half the unabridged instance kissing the ground is Non FUN.

Real talk though information technology would've been nice if they at to the lowest degree broadcasted a server message that lets you know when the Recruiter spawns. This NPC feels like they let whoever designed the Pagos NMs out of their box.

Your reckoner cannot handle that many people using skills at the same time. Turn downwards your graphics options, and disable seeing spell effects from people who aren't in your political party.

Unfortunately they take to become the most out of their Eureka code to justify the time spent on it.

Didn't lag on my server at all (Tonberry) despite it being 1 of the about populated servers Japan-side. Could avert most of the aoes and died just a couple of times as a healer. It looked bad for the melee though. That being said, it wasn't a very fun event, less cutting scenes than previous years. Merely a agglomeration of fates which are finished in like 15 minutes, which nigh people dislike anyways. At that place'south also no reason to do information technology after the first time unless you want more fireworks since there are no furniture rewards similar other token events, so I can run into participation dying out pretty quickly. Might exist a proficient idea to do as soon as you can.

Did y'all try lowering your graphics settings before heading into there? It was told to be rather Eureka like which many needed to practice for the mass train.

I personally think this one and the jump puzzle from the final summer event is two of the best events we've gotten in the game in awhile. It was just a nail to run around with my buddies screaming at all the aoes while praying we got kupo'ed.

The Rising. The current anniversary issue, in Ul'dah. It has an instanced component, meant to emulate the final chaotic hours of ane.0 when monsters were spawning inside the cities and the moon was near to crash into the world.

However, the NPC who lets you into the example spawns erratically, and even once you get in people apparently aren't having much fun due to overcrowding.
